Tree, levitating

Up to now, for me this image is the best symbol of the times we are going through at the moment: Seemingly solid things become fluid, certainties vanish, and no one can predict if the new future will be just an extrapolation of the past. With the economy going downhill, pollution minimizes to a completely unpredictable amount, streets become a habitat for pedestrians and bikers again, people remember how to cook themselves, kids have to bear with their parents for full days… Nothing which was sure only four weeks ago, is sure for the next weeks to come, and somewhat that levitating tree is a hint for the uncertainty we all experience.

    1. Yes, Tom, not only the tree in this image, but the lives of so many are suddenly turned upside down, with more uncertainties on the horizon to come.
