Our five days of winter are over meanwhile – Christmas was grey and warmish – but I made good use of the snow enchanting the sceneries.
However my generation (not alone, it had great help from the neighbouring ones) has done away with winters here in the valley, and on a number of former skiing slopes the trees are meanwhile quite tall. Even artificial snow can not help any more (but gets heavily subsidized in spite of all evidence)
