Really nice…the big open area of road surface at the bottom really works. There’s just enough tonal variation there to make it an active element, not just a blank space. Road foregrounds can be a real problem for urban building pictures but this deals with it fine.
Yes, the balance here between the road surface and the astonishingly blank facade here is good. For me such images are always a bit of a venture – I don’t see in the viewfinder if they will work but instead have to wait until postprocessing to find out what I’ve got.
