There certainly is no widespread acceptance for the image-worthiness of such sceneries, but I found it interesting the moment I saw it. But this is no predictable process, it seems that sometimes I just don’t see, while at other occasions I see so many things that it can start to get exhausting.
Along with the balanced design and lovely cool color scheme, I really like the combination of graffiti and official visual clutter.
