Haha! Clever 🙂 Interesting how the title immediately makes me like the photo. I often get into discussions about the importance of titles in photography though I am yet to come to any firm conclusion. This photo of course, sways me into thinking that the two go hand in hand.
Cedric, in the best of cases they support each other. Of course purists will argue that a photograph has to work without title, but I’d answer that not all photographs are created equal. Good titles can lure the viewer into thinking with the content of the image (as well as bad titles can do the contrary, so there’s a real challenge). Of course only in rare cases a title can save a dull image, if so, the image most probably is a mere illustration.
