The photographers luck: A Robert Capa retrospective in the Royal Palace in Torino and a meeting that ended just in time to free a small time slice for a exhibition visit. Some weeks ago I had read the book of the two protagonists’ 1947 journey to Russia, so I enjoyed some of the images even more.
It’s so nice when you can see actual prints ina situation condusive to actually taking the time to look.
Yes, it took me a while to re-learn the beauty of a photography as an object. Now I am getting my feet wet in the printing process. Oh boy, there’s a lot to learn!
