The pink plastic trash bags seem to be floating—can’t figure out if it’s an effect of the light, or the surrounding colors, or… What a weird and wonderful effect.
Carl, our visual system certainly gets challenged here as we can’t easily explain the physical mechanism that keeps the bags in this position – and the weird color adds its effect too. I like this image very much for its surreality, and also for it being a true accidental find in the morning on the way to the conference meetings.
