Indeed a nice building. Is it the municipal administration? I can’t remember. Unusual is the guy rushing upstairs. Probably not a council employee 🙂 Nice catch to get both of them.

Astonishing for me was, how well renovated the building is – that must have cost millions! EU-funds? But being there as a student certainly is an experience not to be missed, as you get a lifetime sense for beauty there.
