Hummm…It’s very interesting; however, I can’t say it especially appeals to me. Perhaps it’s a bit subliminal for my palette, or I’m not sufficiently sophisticated.
Earl, admittedly this sculpture is … thorny … for the lack of a better word, as is much of that conceptual art. It probably makes most sense in the context of Wagin’s complete works. That it stopped you for contemplating its nature is probably a success in itself, and as I see it, one of the primary functions of Art.
