The Online Photographer had an interesting piece on unsharpness as one possibility of expression, and I have to admit that all too often I do reject my unsharp pictures without any second thought, which is not always justified. But being socialized over the last decade in a society of (not only, but in the majority) pixel peepers, this is not so unusual I think. But Mike’s piece got me thinking again, and browsing through my Lyon archive, I found this image taken shortly after departure from Salzburg airport. Unsharpness can work.
By golly, it can!
