I recently spoke with someone of the urban development administration, and he told me that recently the mobile phone shops started to take over the dollar shops’ function as indicators of decay: They are content with short term rent contracts, and as the have not much goods to move and pay low wages, they can do with such volatile shop occasions.
Does that mean that because we have four Dollar stores within a ten minute drive that we are in decline, or have we hit bottom:-(?
