The half-asleep look of the facade hints to a major structural problem of many tourist areas: secondary residences that are only inhabitated for some weeks every year (and therefore add not too much to the local business), but demand 100% infrastructure in terms of water/sewerage, electricity, traffic, administration and so on from the municipal council. So it is understandable that many politicians are not too happy about those secondary residences, but instead think of ways to limit them to a bearable number.
