Those boats were waiting top-down on racks for the next (I guess) training event. Curraghs are traditional Irish boats with a light wooden frame covered with tarred canvas, and formerly used even for shore fishery. The bus stop in Dingle features a Curragh as cover in the typical reverted position when ported by the oarsmen to the water.
