I really like this one. When I was in art school (long ago), we had to take “related images”: two picture, each of a different subject, that were visually similar. You have accomplished the same thing in one picture! Well done.
David, this combination of structures here offered itself very nicely, and using selective focus is one of the techniques I like very much (just look here). In case of the Rydingsvald sculpture, the neighbourhood to the pine tree was just too tempting…
