Beach Flora I

I tried this subject with different light situations until I was happy with morning striplight that left the rocks in the shadows and deepened the black of the cracks.

Markus, I like the dark, inhospitable ruggedness of the rocks and cracks as a background to this hardy lone plant. Kind of a “life goes on” moment. Bravo, on the choice of lighting. Have a good week end!

Earl, this rocks are really inhospitable: so sharp that you really need shoes to walk or climb on them. What I found fascinating here were the somewhat parallel directions of the plant stems and the cracks in the rock.
