    The difference between the two is ostentatious. Now, what do you think most of your readers would prefer as a garden entrance? ;-)

      Hmm – easy: as people who read my blog they simply *have* to prefer the old one – otherwise they would look at these my images. But then – new, shiny for a while (corrosion already is visible in the 2nd image, too) has its charme as well. Less in the atmospheric sense, but quite a lot in the you-don’t-have-to-care-about-this-now sense. And, depending on the workload, this can be important, honestly!
