winter silver

from the ‘instead of eating burgers’ series.

there is something to learn from this shot: either don’t touch basic settings you rely on, or do a thorough checking at the beginning of each shooting session.

of course i did not, and so the first frames, this one among them, were shot as jpeg only, in small size…

    :-) I guess we’ve all been there…

    Composition wise I would dare to suggest to either use a vignette or clone out the inflorescence (the flower) in the lower right. It drags the eye away from the main subject. Just my 2 cents of course…

    Great and right to the point title here. Seeing your photos bring back childhood memories of real winter, cause here, in Israel… Snow is pretty rare :)
